ASHLEY TURNER
Vice-Chair

Ashley has held positions in industry as Diversity and Education/Training Specialist with Husky Energy and Industrial Benefits/ Diversity Manager with Kiewit-Kvaerner Contractors (KKC) for the Hebron Gravity-Based Structure Project, as well as with diversity-related organizations in her capacities as Executive Director of the Office to Advance Women Apprentices and Industry/Community Liaison with Women in Resource Development Corporation. She has also worked in government, media and research capacities.

Ashley holds a Master of Employment Relations, a Master of Arts in Sociology (with a focus on recruitment/retention of women offshore), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Ashley has been a member of WRDC’s Board of Directors since 2011, and sits on a number of other boards and committees, including the Women in Science and Engineering Board of Directors and the industry Diversity Network.
